É o novo longa-metragem derivado do seriado animado Futurama, que será lançado dia 24 de fevereiro nos EUA, diretamente em DVD e Blu-ray.
No filme, a humanidade se aproxima de uma nova era verdejante, mas uma antiga força das trevas retorna para causar o caos. Ainda mais chocante: Bender está apaixonado por uma robô fêmea casada e Leela virou uma fugitiva da lei - a lei de Zapp Brannigan. Fry é a última esperança do universo, mas ainda dá tempo de fugir pra outro. Seria este o fim da tripulação do Planeta Expresso?
Criada por Matt Groening (Os Simpsons), Futurama é uma mistura de humor e ficção científica que mostra as aventuras de Fry, entregador de pizza que é congelado no último dia de 1999 e desperta mil anos depois, passando a viver loucas aventuras na companhia de tipos como a piloto de naves espaciais Leela e o robô beberrão Bender.
